I am proud to have convinced Exco to choose Morocco as its European design and manufacturing facility and to have been involved from the inception of Polydesign.  Polydesign has long been known as a model company in Tangier Free Zone, and all of the employees and management have contributed to this dream that was ours to create a company where merit is rewarded, prosperity is shared and people have the opportunity to grow and evolve in their personal and professional lives.

I am often asked by customers and other potential investors to share the keys to creating and managing a successful business in Morocco.  It is my fundamental belief that there is no secret recipe, but we must honor several fundamental principles:

• Respect : All people are equal as human beings.  Some may have higher ranking positions or a higher level of studies, but that does not make them better than others, only different.  Through hard work and dedication, everyone can advance.
• Communication :  As management, we are bound to communicate as clearly and effectively as possible with all levels of the organization, so every person understands the challenges and goals of the organization, as well as the achievements and failures.
• Listening :  It is not enough to communicate, but we must also listen to our people and hear what they have to say and never be closed-minded.

Polydesign is made up of amazing individuals, each of whom is special in his/her own way and contributes to our culture and our success, working together, as one, diverse team.  This company is ours, so we cherish it, nurture it, and fight hard to keep it strong, so we can achieve excellence with integrity.
