Your Mission :
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Develop and implement improvement plans and process optimizations, monitor their progress and measure the impact of improvements
• Coordinate and support continuous improvement efforts across multiple teams
• Foster innovation and idea generation
• Ensure that improvements are sustainable and integrated into Polydesign’s culture.
• Deploy data-driven approaches like Six Sigma to identify areas of variability and implement changes to achieve consistent, high-quality output
• Manage and develop your team, track KPIs and lead strategic reporting
What You Bring :
• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role
• Strong command of Lean tools (6 Sigma, Kaizen, 5 S,…) and problem-solving methodologies
• Experience driving root cause analysis and corrective actions in production environments
• Fluency in French, with solid English skills
• Ability to analyze, act and drive change initiatives across teams
