 Your Mission :

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Develop and implement improvement plans and process optimizations, monitor their progress and measure the impact of improvements
• Coordinate and support continuous improvement efforts across multiple teams
• Foster innovation and idea generation
• Ensure that improvements are sustainable and integrated into Polydesign’s culture.
• Deploy data-driven approaches like Six Sigma to identify areas of variability and implement changes to achieve consistent, high-quality output
• Manage and develop your team, track KPIs and lead strategic reporting

What You Bring :

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role
• Strong command of Lean tools (6 Sigma, Kaizen, 5 S,…) and problem-solving methodologies
• Experience driving root cause analysis and corrective actions in production environments
• Fluency in French, with solid English skills
• Ability to analyze, act and drive change initiatives across teams

 Your Mission :

·     Lead teams and ensure product quality from concept to delivery.
·     Collaborate with production, design, and multiple global OEM and Tier One clients
·     Interface directly with clients during development, project and serial phases
·     Drive audits🔍8Ds, FMEAs, … and continuous improvement
·     Track key metrics (PPM, internal defects, compliance)📊
·     Monitor compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements✅

What You Bring :

• Degree in Industrial/Mechanical or Production Engineering or equivalent

• 3+ years in automotive quality or process engineering

• Solid experience in injection molding processes

• Mastery of quality tools (5Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA, APQP, IMDS,…)

• Detail-driven and proactive problem solver

• Fluency in French with solid English skills
