Your Mission:
-
• Anticipate potentially sensitive or difficult workplace situations and proactively suggest
preventive solutions
• Support the resolution of conflicts and social crises
• Address and manage employee claims and specific needs
• Oversee the planning and smooth execution of professional elections
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs related to service providers and take corrective actions
where needed
• Lead, motivate, and support your team in achieving performance objectives
• Develop and oversee the specifications for catering and transport service contracts
• Monitor service providers’ performance and compliance with contractual obligations
• Prepare and lead meetings with service providers and ensure service quality
• Enforce health, hygiene, and safety standards across all external service operations
What You Bring:
-
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Administrative Management, or related
field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role — preferably within the automotive
sector and in mid to large-scale organizations
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Skilled in negotiation, employee engagement, and change management
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and social dialogue frameworks
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Fluency in Modern Standard Arabic and French; proficiency in English is a plus
