Your Mission:

• • Ensure the daily monitoring of production activities and support the successful start-up of new production lines

  • Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to plan production according to customer demand fluctuations and ensure execution of the production plan

  • Contribute to site-wide operational performance improvement projects and ensure the implementation of action plans

  • Prepare and communicate production reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards

  • Receive, analyze, and ensure the appropriate treatment of non-conformities related to production activities

  • Actively collaborate with all functions to ensure compliance with applicable certification and automotive industry standards

  • Actively contribute to the company’s continuous improvement initiatives

  • Manage, lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve operational objectives

What You Bring:

• Degree in Industrial or Production Engineering with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience

• Strong knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations

• Good understanding of automotive industry certification requirements and standards

• Strong knowledge of problem-solving techniques and methodologies

• Fluency in French and English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and good knowledge of Lean Management principles
