𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 :

• Develop new products and manage modifications based on customer needs and technical requirements
• Analyze customer expectations and identify improvement or development opportunities
• Define and formalize technical specifications in alignment with client agreements
• Conduct feasibility studies considering technical constraints, budgets, and timelines
• Prepare project cost estimations and support financial evaluations
• Design and validate manufacturing processes in line with quality, cost, and delivery objectives
• Identify required equipment, define specifications, and manage implementation
• Ensure ergonomics and safety of workstations and production environments
• Define storage, handling, and logistics requirements for production flows
• Prepare equipment specifications and coordinate with Purchasing for timely acquisition
• Propose and implement technical improvements (processes, technologies, equipment optimization)
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with cost, quality, and performance targets

What You Bring :

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Strong expertise in process engineering and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in Core Tools
• Good knowledge of Lean Management and Six Sigma principles
• Hands-on experience with CATIA and industrial design tools
• Solid background in project management and problem-solving methodologies
• Fluent in French, with professional working proficiency in English
